Be sure your device is adequately charged, and you have a reliable internet connection.

 Your device should be set up in a way that the physician can clearly see and hear you.

Have a pen and paper ready to write down notes and suggestions from the physician.

Speak clearly and to-the-point regarding your problem, so your physician can best assist you.

During the COVID-19 health emergency, Medicare has expanded their coverage to include Telehealth services. Other health insurance providers’ coverage may vary for the Telehealth visit.
