Excellent experience! Everyone was fantastic. Helpful, courteous, patient, explained everything they did, first. Scheduling my procedures was fast and seamless. Dr. Thode explained it all from top to bottom in simple terms. Highly recommend!

Dr. Manning and the entire staff were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I had cataract surgery in both eyes. I was nervous. Their staff and the staff at the Physician's Surgery Center put me at ease. It meant a great deal to me to have Dr. Manning, personally, call me a couple hours after each surgery to check on me. A nurse, also, followed up with me. Every question or concern I had during this process was answered by the doctor, the staff at the doctor's office and everyone at the Physician's Surgery Center. I feel that I had the best care! I would rate this practice 5 star!

Amazing staff. Our medical assistant was so nice and worked great with my Mother in law who has Alzheimer's and doesn't always understand. Excellent appointment. The lady who adjusted her glasses was very sweet and helpful too.

I was very concerned about my cataract surgeries. I was very vocal about it and had all my concerns clearly answered. At each stage of my visits, when I didn’t clearly understand something that I was told, I would ask more questions. I was always reassured by the Doctor’s answers. I couldn’t be happier than I am with my new vision corrected lenses (Clareon Vivity (right eye) and Clareon-Toric (left eye)). I can totally see distance and computer screens and have little need of any reading glasses at all, except for close reading of very fine or small printed documents or books. My deepest thanks to all the medical staff that I encountered along this journey. I am very grateful to each and everyone of you!

“I saw Dr. Rommel a time or two soon after I moved to this area and really liked her, but then because of insurance (or lack thereof) situations, I had to switch eye doctors. I eventually found myself at a different ophthalmologist, (who shall remain unnamed), at a routine eye exam that turned into not so routine. This doctor then essentially jerked me around for close to two years making me think I had the beginnings of a serious eye condition. I finally wised up, went back to see Dr. Rommel and thank God I did. She set me straight — No, I do NOT have this condition or even the beginnings of it. I am at a slightly increased risk. “I went to Manning & Rommel for Lasik surgery. Dr. Thode did my surgery. Every person I dealt with there was outstanding in customer service and made me feel very comfortable. 2 weeks after my Lasik surgery i see 20/10! They couldn’t guarantee I would see 20/10 but Dr. Thode put in the work to make sure I was a good candidate for it. Ended up being worth it and very happy. Highly recommend 5/5 stars.” – Chad D.
