May 1, 2020 Update

At Manning, Rommel and Thode Associates, we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff. During this period of uncertainty, we have implemented extra precautions to ensure everyone stays healthy. You may be wondering what your upcoming appointment experience will be like with the many changes happening daily. We want to assure you that we are practicing all recommendations from the CDC regarding use of PPE, disinfecting of all surfaces, screening patients and following social distancing by minimizing schedules.

Prior to your appointment please come prepared to wear your own facemask throughout your visit at our office. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a staff member at the front door. The greeter will be taking your temperature in our vestibule and verifying your personal information. We request that you come alone to your appointment, if you need assistance you may have one person with you (drivers should remain outside or in their vehicle). A technician will then escort you to an exam room where you will remain for the duration of your visit. Once you have seen the doctor you will then be escorted to the check-out desk to finish up. If you need our optical department for eyeglass services someone at check-out will escort you to an optical station. Otherwise, a staff member will escort you back to the front door to exit the building.

If you had an appointment that was cancelled, or if you had a surgery that was cancelled, please know that we are diligently working to re-schedule all missed appointments as soon as possible. The prioritization of appointments is something we continue to focus on daily. If you have any further questions or concerns, please call our office at 717-393-7980.

During this unprecedented time of concern about flu and Coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, Manning, Rommel & Thode Associates is committed to continuing to care for our patients in a safe and healthy environment.
